Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for unopened, undamaged merchandise within 15 days form receipt of purchase for regular items. Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn, undamaged and tags still attached.

  • Contact our Customer Care team at beba@beba.biz to initiate a return request (including your full name, email and order number).
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return sale items?

  • Items from our sale collection and discounted seasonal products are FINAL SALE.

    What is the return window?

    • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

    Exchange Policy:

    We are happy to offer an exchange if you purchased the wrong size.

    The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Damages and issues: 

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Order Cancellation Policy:

    If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch ASAP. You will be able to cancel an order during the processing stage by emailing us at beba@beba.biz.com

    If you have already received a tracking number, your order has shipped and it is too late to cancel. You may still return or exchange any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.
